Where do wolves live?

Published by Cindy at 6:38 pm under Animals, Where?

Wolves are able to live in basically the same places that humans can thrive.  As long as there is food available, wolves could survive.   Wolves can be found in Canada, Alaska, and in parts of Minnesota, Idaho, Washington, Montana and Wisconsin.  These close relatives of domestic dogs used to live all over the United States, but hunting had reduced their population almost to the point of extinction.  Today, thanks to regulations forbidding hunting of wolves in many areas, the population is on the rise.

I would like more about wolves and where they came from! What do they eat, and when do they sleep? who do they have to run from?
